What we process and why
- Contact form: name, company, e-mail, phone, requested service, cargo type and message — to answer your request (basis: pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest). Data is stored in the website database and e-mailed to the commercial department.
- Technical data: IP address and browser type on submission — to prevent abuse (basis: legitimate interest).
Retention
Contact-form requests are kept for a maximum of 24 months, then deleted, unless they led to a contractual relationship.
Recipients
Data is not sold and is not transferred outside the EU. It may be accessed by the website hosting provider under a data-processing agreement.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro). To exercise your rights write to office@rotrac.ro.
