Completion of the share nominal value consolidation procedure
ROTRAC S.A. announces the completion of the Share Nominal Value Consolidation Procedure. Individual shareholders who did not exercise their option, or who opted for downward compensation, may request payment of the compensation from the Company within 3 years of the publication in the Official Gazette of EGM Resolution no. 1013/08.10.2025.
