With the experience gained so far, we aim to optimise the ratio between handling time and quality. We focus on maximising productivity, with operating standards and professionalism as the vital aspects governing our work.
We consolidate the ROTRAC brand by offering clients our new technological acquisitions and the terminal facilities. We invest continuously in infrastructure, moving steadily towards modernisation, new facilities and expansion.
The new majority shareholders are developing the service range and client portfolio, focusing on the terminal modernisation and expansion budget and on brand consolidation. The investment complements existing services: vessel agency, port forwarding, sea and road transport, customs brokerage.
